Yes. Every number on this page is pulled from a recent monthly KPI scorecard for an active VT client engagement. Targets are set with the client at the start of the period; results are recorded as the period closes.
What period do these cover?
Most recent reporting period: a one-month snapshot from Spring 2025. Older periods are available in the full client scorecard archive on request.
What does "achievement %" mean?
Achievement % = (Results − Target) / Target. A +48% achievement means the workstream delivered 48% more output than the agreed target for the period.
How do you protect client confidentiality?
Only metrics the client has approved for publication appear here. Full PHI and any non-public KPI data are reported privately on the monthly scorecard.
